Professional ethics education has become an essential part of contemporary higher vocational education, but most schools are not fully aware of its long-term and systematic characteristics. That is, they do not implement these two characteristics in actual teaching. To construct practice bases of college students'professional ethics and enterprises culture has extended the educational chains, which transfers professional ethics education from the “campus” education to a “lifelong” education; this fully achieves the goal of long-term professional ethics education.

Teachers’ professional morality refers to the code of ethics and standards of behavior that must be followed by teachers when they are engaged in education and teaching, which can reflect their professional traits, moral values and personalities. Also, it has irreplaceable, demonstrative, and far-reaching features etc. At present, to strengthen the construction of the teachers’ professional morality, we should not only inspire teachers’ moral needs and advocate the integration of teachers’ utilitarian and dedication spirits; meanwhile, we should also establish and improve reward and punishment mechanism of teachers’ professional morality.
