拜树节是仡佬族民间传统节日，流行于广西隆林等地。拜树节这天家家户户带上酒、肉、糯米饭、鞭炮，轮流向房前屋后及山上的树木举行仪式，预祝林木旺盛，果树丰收，并刨掉树根周围的野草，选远山上一棵高大的树作“代表”去拜。拜树节后全寨就自发地进行造林活动，形成习俗，成了绿树造林的一个好传统。

Baishu Festival is the Gelao traditional folk festivals.It is popular in Longlin of Guangxi. On this day every household takes the wine, meat, rice, firecrackers, and turns to hold the ceremony to the trees in front of the house and behind the house.They wish trees strong, fruit harvest and they dig out weeds around the roots of these trees. They choose a tall tree on a distant hillside to worship.After the Baishu Festival, they spontaneously carry out afforestation activities. It has become a good tradition of planting trees.
