白龙江流域藏区民间宗教活动中，有关藏传佛教和苯教信仰方面形式多样，内容丰富，历史悠久。佛教主要以寺院为中心，有活佛、僧人、佛经为一体的信仰，具有一定的组织性和社会性；苯教活动相对分散，最大也是以部落或村子为单位的宗教活动，没有大规模的社会性的宗教活动，除个别地方外，大部分地方没有固定的宗教活动场所，两者在信仰形式上有明显的区别，也具有不同的目的和意义。

英语语境:

The folk religious activities conducted in the Tibetan areas of Bailong River basin are the various rituals of the Tibetan Buddhism and Bonism. They are rich in content and have a long history. Buddism has monasteries as centers with living Buddhas, monks and Buddhist scriptures as well as the sense of organization and sociality, but Bonism is comparatively decentralized. Bonist rituals are conducted only in tribes or villages on a small scale without fixed sites. The two religions are different distinctly in their forms of belief, and they also have different purposes and doctrines.
