在法律全球化过程中，比较法对全球化有特殊敏感性，它所具有的比较方法、多层视角、脱域取向与反思效果等理论优势，有助于形成解释法律全球化现象的新理论。二十世纪 90年代以来，西方比较法学界正孕育一轮比较法的范式革命，而中国比较法需要从古今与中西、内部与外部、自主与开放、理论与实践、支配与解放五种关系的反思中寻找新的道路。
英语语境:
In the process of the legal globalization, comparative law has special sensitivity to glbalization, whose comparative method, multilateral perspective, dis-embededning orientation and relfective effect are helpful to constract a new theory concerning the legal globalization. Since the 1990s, the comparative law academia in the west is trying to reform the normal form of comparative law, while comparative law in China needs to find new road through the reflection on the five relations, include ancient-mordern and China-West, internal and external, autonomy and openness, theory practice, and domination and emancipation.
