The victory of the New Democractic Revolution in China hasn't completely finished the historic task against feudalism, so the survivals of ideological feudalism remain latent. Owing to the influence of history and reality, the practical situation against feudalism of new China has defects as follows: (1)confusing the end of feudal system in social forms with the dying of ideological feudalism. (2) underestimating the importance of eliminating feudalism survivals. (3) lacking concrete and accuate understanding of the feudalism. (4) losing balance between the primary task against feudalism and the secondary task against capitalism etc.
