It is the demand of contemporary society that human develope from individual subject to human subject. Education, as a practice of constructing oneself, must be shiffed from the individual-subjected education to the human-subjected education. As a result, educational aim should be switched from individualism to communitarianism; educational process, from act of subject-object to communication of intersubject; educational content, from one-sided and split education to the all-round and whole eduction.
