英语语境:

The review system of supreme organ of state power was the constitutional review implemented in Soviet era.Due to the promotion of the concept of power construction that representative office has the supreme power, the former Soviet Union had to submit the judicial review of violation of the Constitution to the supreme organ of state power. The running state of the examination system of the supreme organ of state power was not ideal, and became a mere formality. The reason was mainly because of the power loss of the supreme organ of state power and the ignorance of the constitutional authority.
