The achievement, though gratifying, has not yet come up to a due standard, and somewhat backward, particularly in comparison with the increasing strengthened political relations .The two governments have been much concerned with the question of how to change this situation .

The finding is that the city's MICE industry has become a significant variable in the study on social exchange relationship in the community.
