采用20世纪80年代末黄希庭教授修订的“罗克奇价值观调查量表”，对437名大学生的人生价值观进行了调查研究，主要结论如下:与20世纪80年代末的大学生相比，当代大学生对价值目标和价值手段的关注都发生了变化，但价值目标的变化大于价值手段的变化；大学生的人生价值目标正在朝向世俗化、功利化和平民化的方向发展，而人生价值手段正在朝向具体化、现实化和理性化的方向发展；少数大学生崇尚个人主义和享乐主义取向；女大学生、高年级大学生的进取精神低于男大学生、低年级大学生；要大力加强大学生的人生观教育。

Through a value survey of the outlook on life upon 437 university students with “Value Survey “(Rokeach) defined by Professor Huang Xiting at the end of 1980s, we make a conclusion: compared with the university students at the end of 1980s, the contemporary ones make a great change on their value goal and value means, but the changes of the former exceed the latter;the goal of university students'life outlook tends to develop towards secularity, utilitarian and commonalty, while the means of life worth reification, reality and rationality;a minority of university students advocate individualism and gastronomy;to some extent, the female university students and those upperclassmen are less enterprising than the male and those lower ones;through the survey the author aims at strengthening the education about life outlook on university students.
