One target of college construction is the manifestation of college's characteristics. With the tendency of diversification of social culture, education of traditional culture on students should be strengthened. State Educational Reform and Development Plans for Medium and Long-Term Programs ( 2010. by 2020 )points out that college should set scientific outlook on education quality, regard the promotion of all-round human development to meet the need of society as the basic criterion of the measure of education quality, forge a education outlook with the improvement of education quality as the core, put emphasis on the development of the connotation of education, encourage college to manifest its feature and display its level, cultivate famous teacher and talented students . To develop and integrate educational resources of areal culture and absorb the soul of traditional culture in the process of college construction has become the consensus for many colleges.The abundance of areal culture resources in our country is beneficial to the construction of college characteristics. The difference of areal culture has enormous influence on the construction of college characteristics.
