In the new century, with the development of Sino-Africa relations, the argument of so-called “neocolonialism“ which is implemented by China in Africa has come into being in the international community. This phenomenon is not gratuitous for the reason that China's peaceful development impacts the existing international configuration. However, out of the strategic position of Africa and their own interests, western powers misunderstand and accuse the behaviors that China conducts in Africa. The argument brings about negative impact on the good development of Sino-Africa relations and discredits China's national image, as well as damaging China's interests in Africa to some extent.
