Some of the newspaper offices require reporters put the most important contents at the beginning, to insure that if the telegraph transmitter interrupted, the delivered part could still issue as a independent news. Therefore, news structure of arranging contents according to the importance of it emerged in the news writing. It is top-heavy, inverted pyramid form.
