By reviewing the establishment of modern Chinese telegraph news, it is easy to notice how telegram has greatly influenced the political scene of the late Qing Dynasty, and especially indicates that it was the telegram which was used by revolutions to oppose the Qing Dynasty. This is the reason why the 1911 Revolution succeeded quickly.
