中国加入世界贸易组织标志着中国对外开放的进一步扩大和参与经济全球化步伐的进一步加快。入世对中国经济和社会发展的影响是深刻而长远的，教育特别是高等教育受到冲击不可避免。本研究以经济学和管理学相关理论为基础，首先介绍了WTO教育服务贸易的背景资料，分析了加入WTO对中国高等教育的影响，指出中国高等教育正同时面临着难得的发展机遇和巨大的挑战。
英语语境:
China's entrance to the World Trade Organization marks China's further opening to the outside world and greater participation in the global economy. Since the influence of entering WTO on China's economy and society is far-reaching, education, especially higher education, will inevitably be challenged. Based on the theories of economics and management, this study firstly introduces some background materials of the education service trade stipulated by WTO rules, and analyses the influence of WTO rules on the Chinese higher education industry, drawing attention to the fact that it is now confronted with both a good opportunity and a severe challenge.
