There is great difference between Czech and Russia in the way of privatization. Different ways of privatization have resulted in different property right structure. In Russia, most of the companies were controlled by "inside people" while investment funds held the share of enterprises as "outside people" in Czech Republic. Different property right structure caused different administration structure of company again, thus played different roles in the performance .
