Troublesome advertising is the result of the game among advertising groups. As long as there is interest, troublesome advertising has the environment to grow. Troublesome advertising can only be controlled with strong government regulation. However, under the current regulatory system, troublesome advertising is not well controlled. The fundamental reason lies in the poorly supervision of advertising, especially the problem of power rent.
