现场短新闻，也叫目击新闻，实地记实、视觉新闻、实录性新闻、现场速写、新闻特写、现场报道、现场实录。现场短新闻中的消息，不同于一般的动态消息。它常常先用引导性的文字，引出新闻事实，接着对新闻事件进行概述，绘声绘色、有情有景的详尽描述其重点部分，力求再现现实生活和客观事实。现场短新闻的文体特点有三：一要新闻价值高；二要现场感强，能使读者产生身临其境，如见其人，如闻其声之感；三要篇幅短小。
英语语境:
Newsflash is also called eyewitness news, field records, visual news, video news, field sketches, news features and live coverage.Short news in newsflash is different from the general news. It often starts with introductory text, which leads the news fact, and then shows an overview of news events, describing the key part in a vivid and affectionate way, in order to reproduce real life and objective facts. There are three stylistic features of newsflash: firstly, it must have a high news value. Secondly, it needs to make the readers feel the strong sense of the scene. Thirdly, the length is short.
