历史上，“新闻自由”正是在政治意义上使用的。而在对新闻侵权的分析中又更多地将新闻作为一个行使新闻信息权的场所，分析并非以新闻为核心。但是，在法治观念日渐深入人心的时代里，人们生活的重要领域应当纳入法律的管辖，新闻亦不能外。

英语语境:

For a historical reason, press had been regarded as a politic conception in many occasions. When they analyze on the infringement made by the mass media, they generally regarded the media as a place where people can exercise their right of information. All such analysis has not made their focus on the press itself. In the time when awareness of rule of law has been rooted in people's mind, all important provinces of people's life should be governed by law, without exception of press.
