The information discrepancy between regions is widening. On the one hand, it affects the the overall improvement of China's information level. On the other hand, it restricts the level of information technology in areas with low development in various areas. We need to find out the reasons in order to solve the information discrepancy. The study analyzes information discrepancy between Zhejiang and Jiangxi from four perspectives, that is economic, technological, institutional policies and human environment.
