汉语语境:

音乐电视侵权问题的解决一方面有赖于在著作权法上依据独创性区分作品亦或制品，构建包括民法、行政法、刑法在内的完善的法律保护体系；另一方面有赖于在现实中建立音乐电视著作权人维护自身权利的制度。而对于上述两项任务的完成，我国既缺乏理论资料也缺乏相关判例，同时鉴于卡拉OK来源于日本，而英国具有先进的著作权理念和法律，其他一些国家具有发达的音乐电视著作权保护机制，笔者主要运用比较分析的方法来分析音乐电视侵权及其保护。

Resolving music television (MTV) infringement issues on the one hand relies on identification between works and goods by originality according to the copyright law and perfect legal system including civil law, administrative law and criminal law, on the other hand depends on the establishment of the system which protects copyright owner's own rights in the real society. Considering that China is lack of theoretical material and relevant cases, and Karaoke is originated from Japan, UK has the most advanced copyright awareness and copyright law, and other countries have well-developed MTV copyright protection mechanism, method of comparative analysis is employed in this article to analyze MTV copyright infringement and protection.
