作品出版或重印时，按照印数支付给著作权人的稿酬。印数稿酬包括首次出版时按印数支付给著作权人的稿酬，和再版重印时按印数支付给著作权人的稿酬。基本稿酬和印数稿酬合为作品出版时应向著作权人支付的报酬。但重印时，不再付基本稿酬而只付印数稿酬。印数稿酬以基本稿酬的总额按规定的百分比确定。
