Based on the above analysis, the study draws the following conclusions: the emergence of micro-blog, making the network of public discourse space become more dynamic, and more rational network public opinion, thus widening the general public participation channels, greatly stimulating the enthusiasm of citizens in politics, and promoting the social life of freedom and democracy.
