Based on the 2-year practice, a discussion is made on how to lay out the papers for the key point reports of the academic journals. It is prior to determine the plans of the key point reports considering the development of science, contributions and suggestion from specialists and readers. The methods of layout of key point reports include publishing contributions related to the plans together, inviting papers from specialists, writing editorial and guidance for readers, and editing main contents.
