英语语境:
With the deepening of reform and opening market of education, operation of colleges has more characteristics of economics. To improve internal efficiency of colleges and make full use of existing resources in universities have become one of the main objectives. The theory of scope economy would provide a new way to increase the internal efficiency of universities. The university can be regarded as a multi-output organization which includes teaching, research and social services. Therefore, the internal efficiency of university can be measured by using the theory, so that the distribution of resources in universities can be more reasonable.
