英语语境:
The development of the educational reform depends on the thinking reform of education. The thinking reform of the local education consists of the renovation of both the recognition and practice of the thinking of the local education. The former should sublimate the corresponding intuitionally perceptual knowledge of local education and national education to the rational complex knowledge of the object of education, space and visual angle, and three-dimensional adaptation, while the latter must change “Unity with disharmony” into “Harmony with difference”. It is the purpose of the local education to construct harmonious and characteristic education, meanwhile to build up a concept embodying the practical essentials and methods of the local education -- “Harmony with difference“.
