从世界范围来说,师范教育基本上可以分为两种类型和两个历史阶段:定向型封闭式教育和非定向型开放式教育。世界师范教育发展的总体趋势是由定向型封闭式教育走向非定向型开放式教育。显然,中国师范教育还处于定向型封闭式教育阶段,从而导致教师和学生双重动力不足,“师范”已经成为“低水平”的代名词。然而,中国的国情决定了中国师范教育必然经历定向型封闭式师范教育体系与非定向型开放式师范教育体系并存的局面,并最终过渡到非定向型开放式师范教育阶段。

From all around the world, the teacher education basically can be divided into two types and two historical phases: directional closed-end education and non-directional open-education. The overall trend of development in teacher education in the world is education oriented toward non-directional closed-end open-education. Clearly, China is still in the orientation of teacher education closed-end stages of education, which leads to the dual power shortage of teachers and students, “normal“ has become a synonym of “low level“. However, based on China's national conditions, China will inevitably be subjected to the situation that directional closed-end education and non-directional open-education education system coexist and eventual transit to a non-directional open-teacher education phase.
