为了说明象思维，有必要在对比中讲清楚与它不同的思维方式。首先就是概念化思维，它的特点是：以概念为起点、普遍化、静态化、高阶对象化、事后反思化和后意义生成化。除了这个为西方传统哲学熟悉的思维方式之外，还有形式化思维、形象思维和试错型思维。它们与象思维一样，都是理性的思维方式，但各各不同。象思维的独特之处体现为七个特点：原发、非对象(能象)、补对而生成、纯势态、潜在全息、时化和原初地语言化。

英语语境:

This paper puts forward the nature of human rights. The authors believe that human rights can not be waived as a whole pack. However, some particular rights may be waived on the conditions, i.e. the right is lawful; people can waive theirown rights only, and must be voluntary to do so; to waive rights should not offend law and other persons'rights; any person who waives rights should take the consequence himself. The authors take the presumption of innocence as an example to prove the points, and believe that: presumption of innocence is a right entitled to the accused in criminal justice, which can be waived; to recognize presumption of innocence and its waiver in some occasions will be conducive to the form of criminal justice, to judicial fairness, effectiveness, and to the protection of human rights in China.
