国外大学和我国近代大学一般都有自己的大学章程，我国的《教育法》和《高等教育法》也都规定大学应具备章程。近年来，大学章程逐渐受到研究者的关注，人们对大学章程的研究主要集中于以下几个方面：大学章程的历史、国外大学章程的特点及启示、大学章程的制定主体、大学章程的内容、大学章程的修改、大学章程的性质与法律地位等。由于大学教育主体价值观、我国教育行政管理体制相对滞后、法律界定不清晰等方面原因，导致以上各方面还存在着一些问题。为了逐渐解决这些问题，我们要加强大学章程研究工作，制定大学章程的实施细则，制定完善的大学章程体系。

英语语境:

Foreign universities and early Chinese universities usually had their statutes. The Education Act and the Higher Education Act of the P. R. C. also require that each university should have its statutes. In recent years, the university statutes gradually draw researchers'attention. Their researches mainly focus on the following aspects: the history of the university statutes, the characteristics and the enlightenments of the foreign universities'statutes, the main statutes-formulating body, the content, the modification, the nature and the juristic status of the university statutes. Owing to the main stream values in higher education, the demerits of China's administrative system, and lack of clarified legal identification, there exist some problems in the above-mentioned researches. In order to solve the problems, research on the university statutes should be strengthened, detailed rules and regulations for implementation should be worked out, and a perfect system of university statutes should be established.
