The teaching process and teaching method of economic information management universally emphasize theories, which has not adapted to the guiding thought of "attaching great importance to practice with adequate theory" in higher vocational education. In this paper, modularization teaching system is set up based on market and enterprise requirements, and the thought of skill package in the frame of modularization teaching system is analyzed in order that teachers can depend on skill package to teach, and students rely on skill package to learn. Teachers can send "package" to students and students can accept "package". And finally examinations can be performed through "sub-package". In this way, student's practical skills can be improved and the needs of society and enterprise can be met.
