Paying attention to subjectivity value in evaluation on college counselors is beneficial for improving motivation and initiative of their work. Aiming at problems existing in evaluation on counselors such as low enthusiasm of evaluation subjectivity, imperfect index system of evaluation and insufficient responses to feedback of evaluation, this paper puts forward approaches such as determining evaluation subjects and their weights reasonably, strengthening subject participation, scientific evaluation system, and paying attention to feedback of evaluation results to realize the goal of evaluation on counselors.
