The key to effective training is to help teachers to convert indirect experience gained from others teaching into direct experience of their own. The effective involvement of one's cognition and emotion can ensure all the training contents to be transferred into the trained teachers'own thoughts. The direct experience, with the indirect experience as its reference, is the necessity for the teachers'professional growth. Thus, the training contents should be profound in concept, feasible in ways, and thought-provoking in samples. The training methods should be of participate style of multi-way interaction rather than the one-way teaching.
