Since Nanjing National Government has been established in 1927, Guominngdang's ideology is on its peak gradually, which is mostly reflected in two factors: The Party Education Policy was carried out and controlled the textbooks intensively. The extreme measures of controlling textbooks included examining other textbooks rigorously, canceling textbooks about citizenship education, compiling ideological textbooks including Three People's Principles and the Guomingtang's Theories which had never existed before and faded away soon after their appearance. Then, the development of textbooks in China removes from the prosperousness and makes for the hard time of ideological control in Republic of China. This particular period of time reminds us that we should research and pay attention to the instructive function of textbooks, recognize and learn the lesson about textbooks about Guomingtang's Theories, balance the relationship between instructive and enlightened function, investigate and treat education and textbooks in Republic of China.
