在市场经济时代，大众传媒是我国大学生接受信息的主要途径，如何认识传媒，正确而有效地利用大众传媒是大学生的能力问题并且将这样的一种能力作为知识产权文化纳入教育范畴是有必要的。通过对我国某以理工科背景为主的“985”高校大学生的媒介素养状况进行调查，发现大学生对媒介素养的内容了解模糊，对媒介的批判能力较弱，对媒介的使用不够深入。因此，我国高校应营造媒介素养教育氛围，培训专业师资，增加高校与媒体的合作，强化学校与家庭和社会的教育网络，进而提高全民的媒介素养。

英语语境:

Nowadays the mass media has already been the basic approach to information acquisition for China's college students. How to cognize and utilize the media literature correctly and efficiently becomes a competence problem for those students and it is necessary to bring such a competence into educational category as an intellectual culture. By investigating the students'competence to cognize and utilize the media literature in a certain polytechnology university which was taken for exemplification, it was found that their understanding of media literature and its applications is vague, with no strong criticizability to the contents of existing media culture in the circumstance where the good and the bad are intermingled in the age of market economy. So, an educated atmosphere is bound to form in universities and colleges to improve students'competence to recognize and choose media literature with a relevant course offered and teachers trained. Furthermore, the cooperation between media and universities and colleges shall be enhanced to intensify the educational networks over colleges, families and communities with the aim to improve such a competence of the whole people.
