This article is concerned with the "double mask" of control over the educational environment. One side of control is used in the sense that this one dominates or possesses that one, known as the deprivation view; the other side of control is used in a non-slavery state of freedom, known as the construction view. These two aides of control over educational environment both exist in rationality and irrationality. That is why much attention must be paid to the research into problems in relation to codntrol over the educational environment, to how to command the strain between rational and irrational controls, and to how to make a choice between teaching and learning.
