Educational common sense is a kind of habitual educational understanding. It is also a kind of conventional education perspective by word of mouth between teachers. Educational common sense is indeed honorable in its applicable range, but if beyond applicable range, it can encounter a striking change. Educational experience is a kind of knowledge, skills and emotional experiences acquired by teacher in the practice of education. It is also an understanding towards common sense for each teacher on education. Teachers should go beyond their own educational experience level's common sense, it is important to cultivate and improve their quality of thinking, particularly their reflective thinking and critical thinking.
