高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分，其办学经费也是公共财政投入的重要组成部分。在现阶段，我国对高等职业院校的经费投入与其办学的绩效评价还处于探索阶段，导致教育投入的效能无法比较，效果无法科学、准确地评价。文章以教育经费投入与产出的绩效评价原则及相关指标体系的设置作为研究内容，提出绩效评价的指标体系及操作方法。

Higher vocational education is an important part of higher education and its fund is an important part of public financial investment. At the present stage, expenditure investment and performance evaluation to higher vocational colleges in our country are at the exploration stage, which results in no comparison of investment efficiency and has no scientific and accurate evaluation on education effect. From the principles of educational expenditure investment and outcome, the setting of index system as research contents, this paper puts forward the index system and operating methods of performance evaluation.
