建国以来,教育评价学的发展经历了停滞、重建、起步、成型与发展五个阶段。我国学者对教育评价的界定、功能、元评价、中介机构、研究方法、实施以及教育质量保障等进行了探索。当前,要解决好教育评价的基础理论研究、教育评价学的关联、可操作的教育评价方法的开发和教育评价制度的建立以及国外教育评价理论的本土化研究等五个问题。
英语语境:
The disciplinary development of educational evaluation has experienced five stages including: stagnation, reconstruction, formal beginning, shaping and development since 1949. In the past of more than 60 years, Chinese scholars explored into its definition, functions, meta-evaluation, agencies, research methods and implementation and educational quality assurance. Currently, five issues should be well dealt with, which are the basic theory research, relationship with other subjects, operational methods development, the set up of evaluation system and the theory absorbing from the foreign counties.
