University College Library is in the increasingly important position to occupy, and the quality of education is closely related to college students. University libraries should actively adapt to the new situation of modern education, use the benefits of network culture, give full play to the functions of education. This paper proposes that library should help students to create a self-learning environment, enhance online education information resources, optimize and improve the collection system, actively carry out education for users, directly participate in teaching and develope an effective system so as to make full use of innovation and bring the education function of the library into play.
