The system of qualification examination for tour guide is an important one for the occupation admittance of tour guide in china. The paper tries to explore the level and relationship of professional identification, examination motivation and the willingness towards work. The result indicates that examinee's professional identification is higher, willingness to work is lower, examination motivation is diverse and some examinees have the utilitarian and ability motivations except for employment.
