本研究尝试揭示高三学生英语学习自主性与考试焦虑的关系，以期能对学生自主学习以及教师的教学有一定的指导意义。在近些年的中学语言教学变革中，研究的焦点已经从教师的教转移到学生的学上，中国教育部已经把“培养中学生自主学习英语的能力” 定为英语教学的主要目标。越来越多的研究人员把研究重点放在探究中国中学生学习英语的自主性与语言学习效果等相关因素的关系。

This study attempts to investigate the relationship between middle school students'English learning autonomy and test anxiety, and is hoped to direct the research between autonomy and the subscales of test anxiety. Worry and emotionality might shed some lights on learners'self-study and teachers instruction. In recent years, the focus of language teaching reform has transformed from teachers instruction to students learning. "Cultivating students'ability of autonomous learning in English" has been regarded as the main target by the Ministry of Education in China. More and more researchers focused on the study of English learning autonomy and language learning effect as well as related factors.
