The scientific research takes the honesty as the foundation. Throughout the history of scientific development, we can easily find the science spirit, to strive for realism and to be devoted to the pursuit of truth, is the inexhaustible source to promote the development of science. During the course of scientific research, researchers should adhere to scientific value criterion as well as the specification of ethic and the system of research activities. However, since the 1980s, many events which violated the scientific research morality and institutions appeared in the world, the occurrence of these events make the integrity of scientific research become the focus increasingly and reflect on research activity itself within the scientific community, the government and the society.
