为了了解小学科学游戏化教学的应用现状，特针对深圳、南京、泰安、锦州四个地区的部分学生和教师进行了问卷调查和访谈。调查结果表明：小学科学游戏化教学在教育理念、实际操作和师资力量层面存在诸多问题。最后，针对调查所呈现出来的问题，从教育理念、教师专业发展、课程资源开发等几个方面提出相应解决策略。

Thirdly, this article questionnaired and interviewed the students and teachers of these four areas, namely, ShenZhen, NanJing, Taian and JinZhou to know the application status of scientific gaming teaching of Primary school science education. The results of the survey show that game-like teaching of Primary school science education has many problems in educational theory, practical operation, and teachers. Finally, to the problems presented in the survey, this article proposed corresponding solutions in the educational theory, teacher's professional development and exploitation of curriculum resources.
