学习了全国第三次教育工作会议颁布的《中共中央、国务院作出关于深化教育改革，全面推进素质教育的决定》以后，我发现高中数学教学将面临着新的挑战——如何全方位地提升学生学习数学的素质？我带着这个问题，在导师们的指导下，我查阅了关于国内外教育学、心理学等大量资料；又研究了新高中数学课程编制法、结构特点，以及主要变化，找出支持新课程教学的教育新理念。

After studying the Resolution of Deepening the Education Reformation and Promoting the Education for All-around Development Comprehensively promulgated by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, I found that the mathematic teaching in the senior middle school is to meet new challenges—— how to improve students mathematic study quality? With this question and my tutor's guidance, I referred to a large amount of resources about pedagogy and psychology in and out of China; I researched into approaches to curriculum making, structure, characters and primary changes of the new senior middle school curriculum and found out the new educational ideas that supported the new curriculum.
