To solve this problem, researchers put forward the idea of using the interactive theory to design a new mode of college English teaching in order to stimulate the students to take active parts in the classroom teaching and communication, to form a harmonious teacher-student relationship, which will further improve the present conditon of spoken language teaching class and enhance the effectiveness of college English teaching.
