练习，是巩固知识、培养能力、形成技巧的基本途径和有效的方法。但传统的练习片面强调“苦练精练”，在一定程度上加重了学生的课业负担。同时，由于练得不科学，练习的效率也很低，很多学生达不到大纲的要求。因此，积极改进练习的方法是提高语文教学质量的重要途径之一。
英语语境:
Practise is the basic means and effective way to strengthen the knowledge, cultivate the abilities and form skills. However, the traditional practise only put stress on “practising diligently and intensively“, which to some degree adds the burden of the students. Meanwhile, the practice is of low efficiency due to the unscientific way, and many students cannot meet the requirements of syllabus. Thus, to improve the practising methods is one of the most important ways to enhance the quality of Chinese teaching.
