By summarizing the experience obtained in the curriculum reform, Dongzhou Elementary School compiled a textbook of labor course entitled All round Practice Direction by revising and integrating the courses of Labor Skill, Nature and social Study, and therefore established a new course system focusing on the students'all round and initiative development. The aim of this course is to strengthen the students'basic knowledge and skills, develop the creative thinking and provide a broader space for the students to develop their personalities. They built a practice base to combine the study and practice, focusing both on the knowledge teaching and skill teaching. They also pay attention to the after class activities by organizing interest groups, strengthening the connection between the school, family and the community. The evaluation system of the labor course is discussed from three aspects at the end of this research.
