Experiential thinking is a kind of intuitionist thinking, and essentially it is also a kind of rational thinking in low-level, but because of its own limitation, it can't get the theoretical and the real understanding of the business. The theoretical thinking is a special character of human being. It is the ability through which we can disclose the deep-seated and the comprehensive essences and the relationship among the deep-seated essences of the business. It can hold the catholicity of the existence and the development of the business( including the universal disciplinarian). The ability of theoretical thinking can only get through acquired training and development. There are three main ways of the training and the development: The first one is to strengthen the study and training of the logic; the second one is to strengthen the study and training of the philosophy, especially the study of the Marxism; the third one is to pay more attention to exercising and improving through practical application.
