英语语境:
A relatively perfect system for monitoring and evaluating American children's migrant education has been established after half a century's development and improvement in the U.S. which is called Migrant Education Program. It is characterized by sound institutional guarantee, comprehensive monitoring, and clear standard of evaluation. Reflecting upon the current practice of education for migrant children in China, we should strengthen the legislation and build the mechanism of monitor and evaluation so as to improve the system of monitor and evaluation of the education policy for China's migrant children.
