随着国际社会对于自然疗法与天然药物的需求加大，对中医药人才的需求快速发展，境外中医药教育机构发展迅速。但是发展中也存在着诸多问题，最为突出的是地区发展、专业层次发展的不平衡性。分析境外中医药教育发展的障碍性因素，提出医疗为先，扩大中医人才出口；教改为重，提升中医教育层次水平；合作为媒，共谋中医教育发展；文化介入，扩大中医国际影响；政策保障，促进中医纳入主流社会等措施。

英语语境:

With the increasing international and social demand for natural therapies and natural herbs, overseas educational institutions of TCM are developing rapidly to suit increasing needs of TCM professionals. However, some problems are found out in the development process, in which the most highlighted is the imbalance of regional development and educational level of specialties. This paper analyses the obstacle factors for overseas educational development of TCM, and proposes that medical treatment should be first considered to expand TCM talent export, teaching reform should be conducted to raise TCM educational level, cooperation should be stressed to promote mutual development of TCM, TCM culture should be emphasized to extend influence of TCM abroad, and that support policies should be enforced to accelerate the speed of TCM mainstreaming into the medical system.
