On the basis of a detailed case study of the south and north bulletin, basic background of differentiating the examination paper, and forming the quota of admission mode, we found that these events are associated with admission regional fair, on the basis of detailed textual research. Through differentiating the examination paper between the south and north China, the admission became more fair meticulous, and solve the long time dispute problems between the south and north.
